All of our vacation VIP Hosts are experts in the parks and specialize in minimizing wait times and avoiding crowds through years of research and experience. A combination of using the systems that the theme parks have in place, knowing the parks inside and out, and understanding the “pulse of the park” (i.e. what areas to avoid at certain times). All of our VIP Hosts are intuitive and pride themselves in customer service. We know how important this vacation is to your family so it is paramount to us that we make sure you feel like a VIP every step of the way.
Absolutely NOT! Aside from guiding our guests through all of the theme parks in Central Florida (also Busch Gardens and Kennedy Space Center) we are also a full service Concierge company. In a gist, our services embody the old saying, “Ask and you shall receive” (within reason of course).
We will do anything within our abilities (and even beyond it if need be!) to ensure that our guests have a complete VIP experience during their vacation! This includes everything from booking restaurant reservations, arranging spa appointments, recommending nightlife hot spots, booking transportation (Limousines, airplanes, boats, etc.) and getting tickets to special events. We can assist in any special request that our guests may have from picking up groceries for them on their vacation, getting a doctor to come to their hotel room or even picking up some “Go Go juice” at Starbucks in the morning, before we start our day at the parks!
Yes! Once you submit your Reservation Form, we immediately start building your itinerary based on the information we have received through your form. You have the choice to be as involved or as uninvolved in this process as you want to be.
Typically we send back our guest’s vacation itinerary within 7-14 days of electronically receiving the forms. We always make sure that our guests receive their Itinerary with enough time to review it before their vacation so that they can make any necessary changes to it. Our goal is to build you the very best vacation possible, so your feedback regarding your vacation Itinerary is always encouraged and appreciated!

Payment is always completed at the end of your vacation! We our so confident in our service, that we offer a 100% guarantee! We do not charge our guest until the very end of the tour and of course…when they are COMPLETELY SATISFIED! Our team has secure encrypted software to process your payment securely at the end of your tour. You may pay by credit/debit card, cash or check.
